The hotel was very well located for our short stay. The rooms were lovely and clean. I especially liked the fact that there was a "baby gate" at the top of the stairs for safety in the apartment. There were lots of games for the family and free coffe/hot chocolate. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean, good size and very new, the staff very friendly, and the location is really good, only a few minutes walking from the old city. The breakfast was okay, the average in this kind of hotel, but included local products (cheeses and others).

Sitting room/reception room where customers have breakfast have great views. Easy to reach. Amenities comfortable. About 20 minutes to Annecy old town And 3 minutes to Talloires which is equally scenic to Annecy but far more tranquil.
