It has the rare combo of being in the centre of town, in the middle of all the action, all while being peaceful and quiet. It achieves this by being a bit tucked in from the main road and with modern double glazed windows that retain the traditional style (we are fans of those!). The rooms are well designed and the beddings are comfortable. There is also parking with many electric chargers and a nice garden bar/cafe. What more can you ask for :)

First of all, after booking the accommodation I enquired how to get there. They send me an email explaining exactly which bus I have to take and where to get off. Once I had arrived they explained everything in English and were really nice and welcoming. The room even had a small kettle, which is not to be taken for granted, as a lot of hotels in Europe don't offer that. It was very clean and comfy. I didn't use the tv, but it had one. It had an AC as well. The bus number 36 goes directly to the city centre. It is only a 5 min walk to the airport.

We were greeted by friendly customer service staff and were given a great room. The beds were comfortable, but the best part was the location. It was central to everything we wanted to see in Biarritz. Definitely recommend!

    This hotel is devine ! It has just been fully renovated (July 2023) by a very cool interior designer ! The staff were all so lovely and our rooms although not massive were gorgeous. Very comfortable pool longes as well !
