I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Barrière Le Gray d'Albion Hotel, and I must say, it was an experience that went beyond my expectations! Upon discovering that the AC in our room wasn't cool enough, I reached out to the hotel staff. To my surprise, the response was prompt and incredibly courteous. The manager himself, Mr. Pascal, personally attended to the issue and went above and beyond by upgrading me to a wonderful suite, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. The suite was splendid, with all the luxuries one could ask for, and the swift, caring response truly made us feel valued. This gesture wasn’t just about solving a room issue; it was a testament to the Barrière Le Gray d'Albion hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the genuine gentleman Mr. Pascal and his wonderful colleague Ms. Amira, and to all the dedicated staff at the hotel. It’s clear that this establishment cares deeply about its guests and prioritizes their comfort over profit. I am genuinely impressed by the management’s ethos and the team’s genuine kindness. The apartment is right in the center of Cannes. I didn't expect to be in such a perfect location - stepping out of the building right in the middle of Cannes full of fashion stores, restaurants, bakeries, beach everything. And I mean literally right there! Beach - 2 min walk (golden sand with crystal clear water) Restaurants - 1 min walk (at least 30 amazing restaurants all around) Bakeries - 2 min walk (geez, French bread is to die for) Stores - 0 min walk (right there!) Castle - 20 min walk (walk through the street that leads straight to the castle with a panoramic view of the city). And the best is that this location isn't a party area, no loud music, no loud tourists, you an live there like you are a resident of Cannes. The apartment has 2 normal size bedrooms, two big enough bathrooms, and a big American-style kitchen/dining/living area.

Our room was large and beautiful and we had a nice view from our 4th floor terrace. The daily wine tasting was not to missed. The friendly and informative staff and the guests, many who came back year-after-year, kept us enthralled with their tales of travel and history of Cannes. We will definitely stay again at the Cavendish should be return to Cannes.

The staff also went out of their way to put rose petals and macarons in our room to kick off a romantic stay for my partner and i. Also loved how close it was to the beach - made walking in the heat so much easier. The staff are also very very friendly and our room was very quiet and peaceful. Made for the perfect couples trip to the French Riviera.
