Collioure is the most beautiful town, I have been visiting for over 30 years and I still get excited to come here, the hotel is perfectly located right in the centre but in a nice little side street so it is lovely and quite. Parking is a premium in Collioure so best to use the main car park on the hill which is close by. There are plenty of lovely restaurants and bars to explore and I recommend you take a walk around the old narrow streets. The views out to sea of the tower are just stunning and the artist Matisse clearly agreed as the house he lived in looks out over the bay. Visit Collioure and stay at the Hotel Princes de Catalogne.

Set on the Corniche, Grand Hotel Du Golfe - Spa & Restaurant is a 4 stars art design hotel dating from the 1970's, just 5 minutes' walk from the creeks and 10 minutes' walk from Racou Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hôtel du Golfe. The room was beautiful, everything in the hotel has been renovated, and the result is stunning. The design is modern and elegant, and we felt great from the moment we arrived. The room was air-conditioned (which we really appreciated), with a super modern bathroom and shower. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool was fantastic. There’s also access to a spa, which we didn’t have time to try, but we’re already planning to book it for our next visit. The location is perfect, just a stone’s throw from Collioure. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, truly top-notch service. We had a great night at this hotel and highly, highly recommend it!

A large room on the ground floor, a very comfortable bed with a superb shower and air conditioning. The breakfast was excellent, good parking and easy access into town. The best budget hotel that I've stayed at. Greeted on arrival by the proprietor who gave very helpful tips on restaurants/bars which were most welcome as we'd just driven 450 miles. Will definitely return on our next visit. Thank you.
