Relais & Châteaux La Maison Des Têtes is a beautiful holiday place. The staff do everything to make you feel welcome. Nothing is left to chance, and you feel treated like royalty and at the same time part of the family. It is difficult to single out a few because the staff, from reception to waiters to the cleaning staff, is generally fantastic. The hotel and its facilities are worth highlighting. There is EVERYTHING you need and even more. We visited both the brasserie and the gourmet restaurant, and they both lived fully up to our expectations and the great reviews they received. We have visited far more than one hundred hotels over the years, and Relais & Châteaux La Maison Des Têtes is one of the few we will always remember.

the staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable and reasonably sized with an interior reflecting the history of the building. the hotel was very centrally located and had a pleasant outdoor area for drinks.

It was very comfortable and clean, the staff was very kind, everything was amazing. The water dispenser was at our service, luggages were moved in the room by the staff. Good facilities, we even got a room upgrade when we arrived, very spacious, with a view. Overall it was a lovely stay, with all the facilities we needed.

We were extremely warmly welcomed by the staff when arriving to the hotel. As soon as we parked a staff member came to collect our luggage. He even helped us figure out the tilt function on our bicycle rack, that we did not know about. Upon leaving our bags were put in the car while we did out checkout and our car was driven to next to the main entrance, from where it was very easy to depart. We also liked very much the Winstube restaurant, which was the traditional one of the two restaurants.

Located at the beginning of the Alsace Wine Route, this residence is set in a small forest with views of the Vosges Mountains. Free WiFi is available throughout.
