Bruno greeted us on arrival. He was very welcoming and offered us drinks as soon as we entered. A very friendly host with a wealth of knowledge and recommendations of the local area. We were asked what time we would like breakfast and were presented with freshly squeezed orange juice and tea or coffee to go with the continental breakfast laid out for us. A charming property in a quiet location, just a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend staying here and would not hesitate too return if returning to Bordeaux

From the first moment till the last second of our stay, everything was exceptional. The receptionists were kind, professional and welcoming and helped us with everything in fluent English. The room was amazing with a huge bathroom and all the facilities that you might need. The room service was fantastic and room was cleaned in the best way possible. And of course the Spa was great also, we were lucky that it was just us but they told us that maximum of 4 people can be there.
