Thé location, the facilities, the building & vibe, the lovely staff, the music playing in the lobby, the fact that at no point did we need to ‘ask’ for anything - everything had been thought of. Wonderful place! The staff were all extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. Location is superb, just near the Sorbonne, at the latin quarter near Saint-Germain. Our room was small (as they are in Paris) but not too small, super comfortable and clean, well equipped with a great shower.
