I could see the hotel room at the picture so it was not surprise but I must say that what made our stay perfect were people at the reception and the cleaning lady. Everyone was wonderful and helpful. Plus good location, comfortable bed.

I had a wonderful experience at Billie Hôtel Nantes. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and their exceptional service truly stood out. During my stay, I accidentally left a silk scarf in my room. To my surprise, they reached out to me promptly via WhatsApp and email to inform me about the forgotten item. They even went the extra mile to offer options: I could schedule a time to pick it up or arrange for them to send it to me. Additionally, the hotel’s décor is absolutely charming, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere. This level of care and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Billie Hôtel for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism.
