I had a wonderful experience at Billie Hôtel Nantes. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and their exceptional service truly stood out. During my stay, I accidentally left a silk scarf in my room. To my surprise, they reached out to me promptly via WhatsApp and email to inform me about the forgotten item. They even went the extra mile to offer options: I could schedule a time to pick it up or arrange for them to send it to me. Additionally, the hotel’s décor is absolutely charming, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere. This level of care and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Billie Hôtel for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism.

The staff here are absolutely charming - professional, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet and have a fun Jules Verne theme. The breakfast is generous and refilled constantly. We were there during Pour L'Amour du Fil and spent a few hours downtime in the hotel's bright lounge area where we sat and stitched and the receptionist brought us in coffee (offered - did not even have to be asked for - that is how great the team is). We've already booked for next year for the week.

    The hotel is a stylishly converted church right by the gorgeous Botanic Gardens. The room was cleverly thought through and lovely and quiet. Very peaceful but also very conveniently located.
