Everything, from the moment I booked up untill my check out. Kevin, Phillip and Daniel, the ladies, the night porter were absolutely great. It felt like home away from home. The hotel is very nice, good location, clean rooms, good breakfast. Private parking if offered which is very important if you travel by car. No headache to find public parking. The room was rather small but well furnished and very clean. It was very quiet at night. The hotel is closed to the embankment and to an old town and other places of attraction.

This is an exceptional tourist hotel. The staff are universally magnificent. The welcome is warm and professional. All areas are clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is largely cold food, but fresh and well stocked and, crucially for me, has a machine dispensing first rate coffee. The old town is a short tram ride away.

This was a beautiful gem of a hotel with lots of old world charm. We really enjoyed our stay here in our last night in Nice. The staff were gracious and professional during our stay adding to the charm. We also appreciated being able to leave a suitcase at the hotel for a week prior to our arrival while we explored another region. We absolutely would love to stay here again (Nice has stolen our heart) and would highly recommend it to others.... close to the Promenade, restaurants, 20 minute walk to Old Nice, quiet neighborhood.
