Everything, from the moment I booked up untill my check out. Kevin, Phillip and Daniel, the ladies, the night porter were absolutely great. It felt like home away from home. This is an exceptional tourist hotel. The staff are universally magnificent. The welcome is warm and professional. All areas are clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is largely cold food, but fresh and well stocked and, crucially for me, has a machine dispensing first rate coffee. The old town is a short tram ride away.
