What an exceptional property - in the heart of the historical centre - superbly furnished, up to date in every requirement - Generous sized rooms and bathrooms - The proprietor Regis was warm, welcoming , helpful and so kind . Superb breakfast and proffesional service . Would love to return . The resident cat Felix ( who was obedient enough the sleep on his covered shelter at the doorstep) & his many visitors were the additional bonus !

We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis. I fully recommend this hotel which is in a great location for Saumur and also for taking the train. Our room was spacious, clean, bright, well ventilated and silent. Perfect for a great nights' sleep. We also enjoyed a lovely healty breakfast. The staff were friendly and heloful.

Unique B&B with great decor. Very friendly and helpful host. On arrival (we were a bit late), we were immediately directed to a good restaurant nearby, otherwise it might have been difficult to find something to eat. Nice and very clean room. Beautiful setting right on the Loire.

Free access to the Abbey is included in the rate. Free access to the site doesn't include access to the museum.
