Staff super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is gorgeous and recently refurbished and the bed and linen luxe and top notch. We had breakfast and it had everything we needed. Nothing we didn’t like. Would recommend it to anyone who’s fussy.

Excellent service at the breakfast; Breakfast was so Excellent ! Also especially to Suzanne and Ella. They both makes the breakfast so comfortable and heartwarming. Great staff and host ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The rooms are cleaned with fresh towels. Great location to all walking distance. The reception needs to be a little more friendly and that will make a huge difference.

Everything was great. Very kind staff, especially the lady handling the kitchen and breakfast . Excellent breakfast. Central location especially if you are there for the Christmas market. They had mulled wine in the reception. It was even tastier than the one served at the Christmas market.

This hotel is 3 star hotel but it seemed to us it is 4 stars, the recception desk staffs are very professional and kind. The rooms are very clean, the bed is very confortable. Central but quiet. Stylish and spacious room exactly like the picture. Bath robe and slippers were very appreciated after a long day out and about. Lots of lovely shops around, character, pedestrian streets. Coffee shops all around. Easy to find way around because of the Plaza. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Taxi rank near.
