We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Graffalgar. The family room was perfect for our needs, and they accommodated our request for 4 twin beds. The private bathroom was spacious, modern and very clean, and the common areas were friendly and engaging. The staff members were very helpful, and the location was perfect--very close to the train station, various cafes and Petite France. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast and overall a very good experience. The room was quite spacious with a great view of the cathedral, there were some bathrobes and slippers provided. We took part into an initiative of the hotel that if no cleaning is required for 1 day of the stay(2 days or + stays only) you could get two beers as a reward, was quite good and allowed us to taste some locally brewed beer. The room had a minibar and a nespresso coffee machine as well as coffee capsules. Breakfast had many choices like bacon, scrambled eggs, chicken sausages, many types of bread, including gluten free, region sweets, pain au chocolat, croissant, pancakes, jams, cheeses, hams, youghurt, hardboiled eggs, many fruit juices to choose from, a coffee machine and filtered coffee, many teas, fresh milk, and even lemon slices for the tea. Overall one of the best buffet breakfast I had. Staff was always keeping an eye on the stock and refilling it as well. There were as well some fruits and sweets always available on the reception area.

    The family room really is amazingly designed. Layout allows a family to have space and even privacy, but also look amazing and excites the kids. The staff are polite and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is smaller due to hotel being more boutique size but lovely. Special touches like help-your-self sparkling and cold water, espresso machine, wine and cookies in evenings, and games cupboard in lobby. Perfect location for restaurants, bars, sightseeing and Xmas markets.

    Lovely classy and classic hotel, just a few minutes away from the touristy old town. This meant it was super quiet and attracted a better type of hotel guest. The experience was lovely from arriving on the premises through to checkout. The room was very spacious opening onto the courtyard, well equipped rooms and very comfortable. The spa area was just lovely, very nicely designed in an understated way, relaxing, warm pool, not busy. The hama could have been warmer though.
