The hotel was great! Beautiful and comfy design, clean and very nice personnel. The building is located right in the middle of a busy district and a lot of different dining opporunities. It has a parking garage (but with extra fee) close by and even at night the entrance is well monitored by a concierge at the door.

In Birmingham’s lively centre, the stylish Novotel has a modern fitness centre, spacious bedrooms and a stylish restaurant. The Bullring Shopping Centre is a 20-minute walk away.

My favourite hotel in the Midlands... It's been the place I stayed at when I arrived and the day or two before I left Birmingham. Great staff, great rooms, fab breakfast, and an all round very comfortable stay.... I've now left UK to return home, Dubai, so my standards are high and this hotel is up there.... Thanks for some great times.
