Wonderful staff, very good breakfast. The location was perfect for our needs and the parking is reasonably priced. The staff was the highlight, everyone was friendly, helpful and nice! Big room, nice view, easy walking distance to anything you need.

My favourite hotel in the Midlands... It's been the place I stayed at when I arrived and the day or two before I left Birmingham. Great staff, great rooms, fab breakfast, and an all round very comfortable stay.... I've now left UK to return home, Dubai, so my standards are high and this hotel is up there.... Thanks for some great times.
