Beautiful boutique hotel in a Georgian building, that is very well kept. They added all these nice touches with the music playing from the radio in the room and being able to play records from the record player in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. The location is just next to the Pulteney bridge, but it’s just outside of the main city centre, so it’s a little quieter.

Location and food were amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us. Asking how we are and helping us find places to go. Our bikes were dislocated and we needed a tool to tighten them. One of the staff come out with a tool box to assist. So sweet of them. Thank you!

Very good hotel and the administration of the hotel are very helpful both Surp and Rjup they upgraded our room from small cosy to queen sized room without hesitate and they didn't even take any money for the upgraded room, everything was nice, clean and quiet, this is the best hotel I ever booked with booking.
