Loved the lay out, we stayed on the 7th floor and thr lifts are bullet fast , the view and the walk into the market square.

Chris at reception was absolutely lovely. He had great recommendations for how we could spend our two days in Cardiff. The location and parking were also very good.

Clean, tidy, lovely scented aroma throughout the hotel, shower fab, beds fab, pillows slightly flat but perfectly good and lovely views over the city. The receptionist was so lovely and signed us up for their membership so we received an upgrade. Not used Radisson Blu that much so I'm now a loyal customer.
