room was clean and colorful, most of staff was friendly and helpful, room service available every day (but you have to ask for), check in and check out very easy, hotel location to city center is perfect, also there is a bus stations near by

This hotel is exceptional. I'd like to mention Simon, Rose and Loretta (who when seating us seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and happiness!) in the restaurant. There was also an Italian man (who has lived in Wales for years) who was very helpful and accommodating at dinner. In the spa Linda (another Italian) was really friendly and did a fabulous massage. Bria did a wonderful job making up our room everyday. We would like to thank them all for making our trip to Cardiff so memorable. Apparently the Manager is Mr Parry. I didn't meet him but I think he must be, at the very least, :) a fair person to work for when the staff members are as nice as they were and the general feeling is one of aimable coherence!

This refurbished inn has a modern style, a range of Real Ales and classic pub food. It is in Llandaff village, on the north-western edge of Cardiff.

We loved the vibe around the place. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was tasty and diverse, we stayed for breakfast and dinner every day. We felt very welcomed.

Staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. I can deal with not having my expectations met with the facilities in a hotel if the staff is excellent … definitely the key factor for me, but no worry at this Novotel because the facilities were wonderful
