Easy to find and get to, access to main part of town and close to train station and centre, staff were really friendly and helpful and security at night making you feel more safe. Bedrooms spaceous and clean, beds really comfy and relaxing, tea and coffee in your room plenty for your stay, electric powered with your key card so you dont need to worry about if youve left anything on which is really handy, extra pillows if required, towels if you required them, air conditioning in the room also. Theres a menu in your room if you wanted anything to eat or know what they have to offer, theres a bar behind reception so you can have a beverage alcoholic or non alcoholic, Morning staff were friendly and had a laugh when checking out too will definitely be returning soon and recommend this hotel 100%

Everything! The staff were so friendly and genuinely welcoming. The service was impeccable and the hotel itself was beautiful.

The staff were particularly pleasant. Seems like a well run hotel. Ideal if you don't need to go into Cardiff. Mattress a bit on the firm side for me.
