Definitely the people running the inn - Grace and Sam thank you for the warm welcome and all your help again! It was clean-clean!!! I am really picky and it was perfect!!!! Breakfast was really good, especially the coffee! Our room (the loft) was beautiful!

    It's a stunning hotel by the marina, the views are incredible, the location is kind of behind a housing estate so it's a little confusing trying to walk out of it but the room was amazing, the TV was huge, there was tea and coffee, a beautiful bath tub which I used and enjoyed, it's quiet and definitely designed for pure relaxation, we used the spa facilities and we were just so relaxed it was wonderful, the reception staff were excellent.

    The location and proximity to surrounding areas was ideal. A beautiful location on the estuary away from the hustle and bustle of Conwy town. In general the staff were polite, efficient and very friendly & helpful. The interior design of the hotel was really good and quite sophisticated. The rooms and public areas were very clean. The food in particular breakfast was generous and well presented.
