Agata, who cleaned my room, did an excellent job. She’s wonderful, and I’d like to personally commend her. The reception staff were also very welcoming and kind. Breakfast was excellent, though I sometimes wished for a simple grilled chicken option at lunch instead of mixed or heavily seasoned dishes with vegetables. Lunch was still very good overall. The hotel is quiet, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and always had a good experience.

Everyone was very sweet and very professional, but we had a particularly nice encounter at our arrival with Ellie who was amazing with us. Food was very good, I suggest the pork belly which was very succulent! A bit far from historic Oxford center but very worth it for the comfort we got and we had a car, so no worries. Beds are heavenly comfy too!!!
