Absolutely everything! The room was exactly as described. The hosts were WONDERFUL! The made to order breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day and the food was so good. Little touches like a helpful booklet in the room describing amenities/services, to stilled water and biscuits. Lots of helpful tips from the hosts. The location was easy walking distance to train, restaurants, and the pier.

On the coast at Eastbourne, the View Hotel offers modern en-suite rooms, most of which have balconies. Situated on the main promenade, the beach is just a few minutes’ walk.

The location of the hotel, right on the seafront, the best you could wish for as it's close to everything. The hotel is open 24h you may go and come back as you please. The staff, they are very friendly and helpful. I had booked 3 nights, they upgraded it for me to a king size single room with a balcony for free, it was amazing, sea view, well equipped bathroom with a bathtub, coffee/tea, cookies, nice tv, AC, and the most important the bed is so comfortable with great comfortable pillows, it made the sleeping perfect.

While the interior appears a little dated and tired when you first enter, the furnishing is actually very tasteful and makes you feel at home fairly quickly. It is somewhat the nature of places in Eastbourne, given they do tend to cater to an older demographic from what I can see. Room had a good view of the sea. Cooked breakfast in morning was high quality. Staff were all lovely, from reception desk to bar staff to waiters at breakfast. Definitely a good place to stay in Eastbourne, not too far from the main coastal strip.

Location, room price, room size, quiet and the only staff who was super nice. Breakfast available.

The Cavendish Hotel faces the coast on Eastbourne's Grand Parade. Many suites offer wonderful views of the English Channel. Cavendish Library is a quiet, relaxing space to read or enjoy coffee.

I very much liked, our stay. The staff was very helpful. At reception,the operation manager, helped,with everything that was asked,for the room, to have. The whole stay was exceptional, from being greeted on our arrival & being shown around the property & taken to our room to the quality of the bedding & extras in the room - very good quality tea & coffee - to the breakfast which was also exceptional with lovely friendly service. Rick was very great with communicating information on check in etc. before our arrival. Very accommodating with our check in time and self check in was very easy. The room was spotless and luxurious. We were catered for at every step.
