Our stay at the Stirling Highland Hotel was brief but very positive. It's impossible to talk about the hotel without mentioning its unique architecture; after all, it was formerly a school, which gives it a unique vibe. The room was comfortable, tidy, and clean, and the breakfast was served buffet-style with many options, all very good.

Luxurious style, impeccable service and spectacular food. Located for sheer convenience, enjoy a special experience on the outskirts of Glasgow.

The best room ever... Everything I needed, comfortable and practical. But most of all: The calm sound of the waves below the window and the trains running over the most beautiful bridge ever as a backdrop as seen from my open balcony door was simply uncomporable... ! (Note: Terrace right below the balcony, when used, would have spoiled all that but that is only open in the weekend and I was there on a weekday!)

Between Glasgow and Edinburgh, the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Strathclyde is a 30-minute drive from both Glasgow and Edinburgh Airports.

Super comfortable and perfect for people with a car as easy free parking. Strong wifi, comfy beds and lots of room to lay your bags out. Was great to stay before we dropped our rental car and flew to Belfast.
