SUPER CLEAN. Never seen that ! The room without window is confortable, and even though I'm quick to feel uncomfortable or breathe badly in enclosed spaces, I thought the experience was great ! Everything's new, it's pleasant, and super practical when you have a long stopover.

I recommend to book your flight via LGW and hotel at crown plaza. It's less crowded and quiet whenever touring London. The location of the hotel is 30 minutes away by bus from London Gatwick airport costs 1 gbp or by airport taxi costs 28 gbp. The shopping mall and restaurants are 10 minutes walk. Furthermore, you can book tours via klook (Windsor castle, Stonehenge, Oxford) where meeting place would be in Victoria couch station. You can spend your whole day touring downtown london via city sightseeing bus and sleep peaceful at crown plaza. The international breakfast buffet is served until 10am. You can sit and meet people from airline industry, student and local tourists. Mr. Krisha and Ms. Diana were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back here.

Pick up from terminal at Gatwick was excellent. Then taken to the hotel, smooth check-in and comfy bed Free coffee, TV and a warm bath. Amazing, I will be back
