I chose the hotel for a comfortable stay before our flight from Terminal 4. It was perfect for us for this reason and everything was well connected. Omar at the baggage area was extremely friendly and helpful. He was great with my son and kept him entertained with a book and a treasure hunt while we waited in the reception area. The Market was ridiculously overpriced - cheaper to buy in the airport. The bed was extremely comfy and the shower was great too. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very well located for travelling into London. There is an underground station close by. The room looked basic, but had everything I needed including a fridge and a kettle to make tea or coffee. It was very clean and the staff on reception were very pleasant.
