The Olive Branch was a great find on our road trip down the Devon coast to Cornwall. Our host Jo was so welcoming and provides everything you could ask for to make a perfect stay. The location is in the perfect spot to enjoy walks to the harbour and promenade as well as the local pubs and restaurants. Our room was spacious very clean, and the decor was very inviting. I loved the comfy seat at the window that offers a view to the sea, but my favourite was definitely bath tub that sits on a platform in the room. Breakfast was excellent, we had a choice of a cook to order hot dish which is served with buffet style continental options. Jo took the time to chat and gave us lots of tips for exploring Ilfracombe and the surrounding areas which was very helpful to two Australians who had not been in the area before . Staff were very welcoming and friendly. My room had a lovely view out over Pilton Park and was very quiet despite the roadside location.

I was traveling for work and would like to thank Adam & Paula on behalf of my two colleagues. The accommodation is exceptional and wonderful. From the house itself, the room layout, the cleanliness and the comfortable beds to the warm hosts. Each room is uniquely decorated, making it an entertaining theme even for breakfast. If you haven't found your favorite room on your first visit, there are other lovingly and stylishly furnished comfortable rooms waiting for you. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. You will be pampered, whether full English breakfast or egg benedict. Wonderful, coupled with the breathtaking view and the warmth of the hosts. Even though it was a business trip, we always felt like we were on vacation with Adam & Paula. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests! It was the first visit to Adam&Paula, but definitely not the last. We'll definitely be back! An absolute recommendation! Kind regards to Brisket too. Daniel
