Perfect hotel for leisure or work. Staff is very friendly, cosy rooms and good beds, they can provide a cot for small children (clean with cute blankets), and a beautifully served breakfast. Located next to the River Ness which is perfect for a walk and close to the city centre for your amenities. Highly recommended!

Room was always clean , the staff was always friendly and helpful with questions. The hotel is in a very central location and very close to the bus station for travelling. I was there during the Christmas holidays and it was still relatively cheap.

Set in 4 acres of beautiful gardens, the Kingsmill Hotel has a spa, a swimming pool and free parking. Inverness city centre is just one mile away.

After being harassed and embaressed by the Inverness police in the parking lot in broad daylight with all the management and staff watching, after that I was in fact treated like a King @ the KIngsmills Hotel. The townhouse did exceed our expectations. We really appreciated the attention to detail given to literally everything. The way everything was labelled and the way the instructions/notes were given about everything was remarkable. The place was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the toilets were clean. There were welcome drinks and snacks - that was lovely. There were amenities in the bathrooms. The kitchen had practically everything - perfectly shelved. Two of the rooms overlooked the river and so did the living room. There was a wonderful back garden, very well maintained and parking was available at the property. It was a short walk to the centre - hardly 3-5 minutes. Tesco Express is at the end of the road hardly 5 minutes away. George was a very pleasant host. He met us before we checked out - asked us about our stay and apologised for a minor glitch we had experienced during our stay.
