Excellent location, stone's throw from the train station and within walking distance of the Central shopping area. We had a warm welcome from the receptionist who went out of her way to give us a map and directions.

Exceptionally large room, big comfortable bed and bathroom, very clean. I arrived early and they let me check in straight away. Also only a few minutes walk from the train station, situated in a pleasant area with bars and restaurants around.

With 58 stylish boutique apartments, this lovingly restored turn-of-the-century residence is 5 minutes' walk from the train station and main shopping area.

Warm with a cosy fire and sitting area in the foyer. Beautifully decorated and with xmas decorations. Clean, modern, tasteful. Excellent, helpful and welcoming staff. I just love this place. It’s a home from home in Leeds. And you help yourself to eggs and bread for DIY breakfast. Close to the city centre and shopping. Just perfect.

It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the facilities were great, clean and the little bar was lovely had a nice happy hour special and comfortable seating. We were able to check in early as our flight arrived early in the morning which was a life saver. Location is perfect as well, everything in walking distance, would def recommend and stay again next time!

This hotel is beautiful, we loved the lobby area which is really nice and cosy and the bar and restaurant is equally as nice with great drinks and good atmosphere. The room is really nice, with a very comfortable bed and we slept so well. The bathroom is really nice with a nice, hot shower. Would be lovely if the rooms were decorated in the same style as the public areas. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, right in the city centre and with parking right there. The hotel is so nice.

Right in the centre of Leeds minutes from the train station staff were so friendly and extremely helpful especially in the restaurant nothing was too much trouble,the breakfast was wonderful,much more than you could want or could eat,the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable shower lovely and powerful and hot and the Arran products were amazing will definitely be staying again well done everyone.
