It was a bit far from the city center, however the Bus station was just across the street and within 20 Min. you’ll be at the center. The staff was friendly and very helpful, on our first day during the check-in they also gave some tips as to what could we do during our stay and so on. TheRoom was clean, and smelled nice, however some towels looked like they may have not been cleaned properly, since you could notice some yellowish and brawnisch markes on them, this appeared to be the case only for the big towels hanging on the bathroom though.

This 4-star Novotel is 200 metres from Edinburgh Park Rail Station and a 12-minute train ride from the city centre. It has modern rooms and a heated indoor swimming pool.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Very helpful staff who even let us stay two extra hours at our room after check out time as we were heading to the airport for late flight. Great location. Was easy to get to centre of the Edinburgh with tram. Family (2adults and up to 3 kids) all day ticket price was 9.50£
