there is no meals with this property but we knew this before we booked but the protery and owners are very nice and polite plus friendly the room was very clean and tidy everything that you would need with parking at the rear of the property

Firstly, the warm welcome we received by the proprietors. They are nice, genuine, kind and friendly people.. In my experience I've never received such a wonderful reception from anywhere else. It quickly dawned on us that we had made the correct choice. Room was comfortable and warm with excellent amenities..kettle, coffee, tea, a tv, dvd's and a dressing table with chair. All with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic..plentiful and delicious with amazing service. Location was fine for us..accessible to public transport and walking distance to the town itself.
