Warm welcome. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Public areas all clean. Great location. Bar and restaurant offered a good range of food and drinks. Dundee is a good city for a mini break lots to explore.

The breakfast was superior to that of many other hotels with plenty of choices that were replenished throughout the time it was served. They also had the option of making your own breakfast sandwich (BAM) if you didn’t have time to eat in. Additionally, the dining area looked out on the River Tay so the ambiance was very pleasant and you could linger as long as you want.

A very large and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent. We’re returning in a few days. An excellent restaurant at reasonable prices—also offers a 1/2 Board option. Swimming pool and exercise center are on the property. Beautiful grounds.

It was a beautiful home to stay in and perfect for my needs. It was secluded and had beautiful outdoor seating. The interior design was phenomenal and it felt like a cool "mini" house. Absolutely perfect, central location, too. 10/10!
