Everything! From start to finish the staff was kind, friendly, attentive and exceedingly helpful. The room was perfect; nice, updated and comfortable. The English breakfast was delicious. Coffee was superb. It was in an ideal spot for our next day cruise. I would go back there any time!!! Thank you Ennios!

Excellent hotel, excellent members of staff extremely attentive. Excelent location, very near to the city center and to the port. Very nice room with very nice view, beautiful bar on the ground floor. When we checked-in into our room we were offered complimentary drinks at the bar of the hotel as well as chocolates and candies. We had an urgent health issue with my daughter during our stay and all at the reception from the gentleman during the night shift who immediately arranged for us a taxi to the hospital to the lady at the reception the next morning who offered us free of charge late check-out, everyone was extremely nice.
