This small hotel truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the warm and inviting Christmas decor, which added a delightful festive touch. The personal attention to detail was evident everywhere. My room had a Mediterranean theme—beautiful, unique, and designed with care. The fridge was stocked with an incredible variety of breakfast items: salami, bacon, cheese, yogurt, milk, fruits, Actimel, butter, cream cheese, cheese sticks, juices, water, croissants, chocolate croissants, biscuits, coffee, tea—you name it! It was absolutely amazing, and everything was refilled promptly upon request. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the bathroom boasted a truly special design that added to the charm of the stay. The TV even had a Netflix account ready to use. A special shoutout to Philip, who was an outstanding host! The entire family is incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels right at home. The communication was seamless and always pleasant. Philip responded immediately to any questions or needs, offering help and information that made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I can’t recommend this place highly enough—it’s a gem! The location was also fantastic—close to two supermarkets and several restaurants, and only a 22-minute walk to the university.

The beds were extremely comfortable and it had a gorgeous Welsh feel.

All members of staff we interacted with were very helpful. The way they handled a mix up with parking (which was our fault) went beyond our expectations and we were very grateful for their kindness. The room was a decent size despite using a sofa bed and there were ample towels available. The location was useful for us and check in and out was speedy.

My husband and I were delighted with our stay. The staff at breakfast were exceptional, so friendly with lots of smiles. Also, any other staff that we had any dealings with, were very friendly. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. Lots of extra amenities as well.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff so friendly and thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble. In fact we liked absolutely everything about the hotel and we have already told friends that we know often frequent that area to stay at the hotel, they will not be disappointed.
