We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon checking in. The room was clean, staff was friendly and approachable. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel was wonderful too. What we liked most was the Tudor decor all over the hotel. That kept us exploring every stairwell and corner we could get into.

Beautifully laid out. Lovely separate sleeping area to living. Thoughtful amenities such as milk, bread, cereal and drinks on arrival. We loved everything. The hotel is simply gorgeous with fabulous interior designs. Our dog appreciated his welcome pack of treats, toy and shampoo and towel…he gives it five stars too.

Great location - easy access to Cheltenham town centre by bus or car. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with a very smart en-suite. A bar fridge, hairdryer and plenty of white fluffy towels were appreciated and the bed was really comfortable. Despite being located on a busy road, the windows are double glazed, so there is no disturbance from traffic. Creative arrangement for people to order take-out food and consume it in the communal sitting/ dining area.
