Such lovely apartments, I stayed in 2 separate apartments while visiting Cheltenham and both were exceptional. I felt that every little detail had been thought through. It was lovely having breakfast items stocked in the fridge on arrival, a nice little added bonus!! I will definitely look at booking with Portland for my future visits.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my mum's 60th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure she and my dad had a memorable stay. Great location - easy access to Cheltenham town centre by bus or car. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with a very smart en-suite. A bar fridge, hairdryer and plenty of white fluffy towels were appreciated and the bed was really comfortable. Despite being located on a busy road, the windows are double glazed, so there is no disturbance from traffic. Creative arrangement for people to order take-out food and consume it in the communal sitting/ dining area.
