Overall, everything was excellent. The welcome cookies they gave us were delicious. We stayed in a Queen Room, which had a vanity table, and the bathroom was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable — we were very satisfied with our stay.

We paid an upgrade but decided to upgrade tnot the room type but the view (Standard room with view). This is really worthy to book Park view rooms (last time we stayed there we did not do this and it makes really a difference) Great view on the park. Cozy rooms Very clean and comfortable beds

We stayed ten days in Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel, from 01.01.24 till 10.01.24 and were very happy to stay there and sad to leave! We are visiting London quite friquently, we used to stay in different hotels, but this hotel from now and always will remain our beloved one and we are going to stay there on our each visit. We loved room, very spesious, light, warm, always clean, staff was amazing, espesially front office staff Ms. Cardina and Mr. Altone ( I appologize if mentioned names in wrong way), so helpful and always with positive energy. However, me and my wife are thankful to Management and administration of Pestana Hotel!
