Wonderfully quirky little B and B. A very comfortable room with enough bedroom space. Loved the claw bath, this was in the bedroom, I loved this but some may not. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This little place was the perfect walking distance to Bowness for restaurants and Windermere for shopping.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful guest house, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is fantastic, with the added convenience of being very close to two bus stops, making it incredibly easy to get around the city and to other towns. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the house. The room was immaculate and very spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the full English breakfast. It was delicious and served in a clean, well-maintained dining room. The staff at this house deserve special mention. They are extremely professional, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely be visiting again.

Room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We were on the top floor and had an outstanding view from the window. The staff/owners were all very nice and accommodating. From letting us drop off our luggage before check in to getting us a taxi to get back to the train station. Property was nicely located right in between Windermere and Bowness. Very close to a bus stop for the hop on hop off bus that made it so easy to explore more of the Lake District.
