Very clean well decorated room. Only 20 minutes away from central York. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect !

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the electric lock on our room and the staff went above and beyond to fix it (in silence whilst our baby slept in the room!) and compensate us for the slight inconvenience. Absolutely stunning guesthouse - cosy, warm, and beautifully niche. Staff were helpful, friendly, and created a homely atmosphere which is exactly what we were looking for. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be back.
