This was a lovely hotel just outside the old town of York (within walking distance). All the staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful and made you feel very welcome. We had a lovely dinner at the bistro.

Everything was great. Staff very helpful. We didn't spend much time in the hotel, you could say it was just to sleep, but we have no objections. We will definitely go back there.

The suite was so beautiful, you have a view of the cathedral too, and the historical pieces of furniture are stunning. The bed was very comfortable and the style of all the place was great. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and the staff very nice too! A perfect place to stay in york!
