I booked the hotel without breakfast, but I had lunch and dinner that were fantastic. Especially chakhirtma and burger as well as Georgian steak - highly recommended. We had an early check-in with my colleague from Germany, and Mamuka who was meeting us at the hotel reception desk accommodated us without any additional charge. The staff are great and extremely responsive, be at the reception, or in the restaurant, or in the room service. I will definitely stay again once back to Tbilisi. The hotel is highly recommended for business travellers.

Everything was perfect! We were greeted by the receptionist Anuki who was a sweetheart. The stay was perfect, the location is excellent and the services were impeccable! There is also a helper I forgot his name, maybe its Oto or Ata, he was very helpful and decent. Overall, it is a highly recommended stay.
