During our stay, the place was very clean, the lady owner cleaned the rooms every day. We had nice view of the sea from the balcony although the sea is not very close. The location is quiet because it is not too close of the main road. The villa is close to Lixouri (about 5-7 min by car) where we found family markets for fresh fruits and vegetables, bakeries and family run restaurants (taverns). There are a few nice beaches about 20-25 min away by car like Petani, Atheras, Xi. Also, a lot of other beaches that we liked about 40-45 min away (Myrtos, Agia Parascheva). Very nice, kind and smily owners. They welcomed us with pie, refreshments and big smiles. The owners are the parents of George who speaks english very well. He doesnt live at the property but he is available on the phone and email. Before the arrival, he sent us useful information about the area, local restaurants. The parking might be small and tricky for sport line cars but there is a larger parking right in front of the smaller one.

We had a fantastic two-week stay in the one bed house at The Seasons of Nickolas. Akis, the host, is incredibly welcoming and generous. He made us feel very at home and was there to help with anything we could need. The accommodation is a perfect size for a couple and we were very comfortable there. The kitchen is well equipped and the shaded outside patio is a great place to eat and spend evenings relaxing, with a lovely view of the mountains. The house is a few minutes' walk from the seaside town Aggia Effimia, which has lots of restaurants to eat in or have a drink. There are also two bakeries and a few convenience stores, which is perfect to have on your doorstep. The location is also perfect for exploring the island and within easy reach of other towns, beaches and other sites to explore. However, you will need a car to easily travel around the island. The accommodation is exactly as described and we would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We had a fantastic stay and really didn't want to leave!

the rooms are very beautiful and designed with a cross of what looks like french /italian taste. the terrace and view from the room gives you a beach sea view even from the bed breakfast was served in the room , terrace and was excellent

Beautiful and relaxing surroundings. Well designed spaces, both for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Friendly staff, particularly those at the restaurant. Great facilities, particularly the rooms with shared pools. However, the main pools are beautiful too.

The breakfast and especially the setup for the breakfast in the private veranda was excellent. The location was excellent next to the beach with excellent view and quiet neighborhood.
