Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff, particular shout out to all reception staff, Petalouda in housekeeping, Mario in restaurant and Chrisa & Katerina at the spa. The food was exceptional quality with lots to choose from every morning & night. The cleanliness of the resort was second to none, rooms cleaned daily. I understand the hotel is not fully completed yet, such as second restaurant, a new pool & full spa. You can walk into the town of Elounda which is 2k. Recommend visiting Plaka a little village of approximately 2k in length with crystal clear waters and lots of resturants. Recommend visiting beach bar Isla bistro. Taxi cost €20 return from hotel, not possible to walk as no footpath.

Amazing hotel with super friendly staff and excellent service. We loved the restaurants of the hotel, especially Blue Door and Anthos that offer great Greek cuisine. A special thanks to Giannis and Maria for the cooking lesson. Another highlight is the bar with its team that indulges us with tasty cocktails and wine.

All the staff were absolutely wonderful - welcoming, warm and so helpful! The location is ideal for those without a vehicle as you can walk just 1 minute to all the shops and restaurants in Elounda port whilst still being in a peaceful hotel. Also, within 10 minutes via taxi you can reach the charming village of Plaka which overlooks the island of Spinalonga or the town of Agios Nikoloas for a more lively experience - we loved both! My mother and I comfortably shared a suite and were able to enjoy some lovely evenings on our little balcony too. The accommodation was modern, simple and stylish. All in all a wonderful holiday!

The location very good , 5 mins drive to Elounda village .The room was very good size with modern furniture , we had infinity pool , with amazing view of sunrise .The breakfast was delicious had every thing you want , the staff were very helpful and friendly ,especially Anna in outdoor bar , she recommended few places for us must visit.Also we enjoyed the spa (deep back message) by Maria she was professional , you must visit .
