The view was amazing from my room

From the moment we arrived on the island and couldn’t get a taxi,dad came to get us and we had a stress free comfortable drive ,when we arrived we were greeted with a smile ,our room was absolutely perfect,everything felt new gorgeous aroma too .Breakfast was perfect a wide choice to cover everyone .When they say the beach is across the road it literally is ,sun loungers or chairs provided free of charge,can get coffee or tea in take out cups .its a perfect place to turn off and chill ,I will definitely be back and I wish you all every success 💝

This hotel is wonderful, with the perfect combination of old world charm and modern conveniences. The location right on the harbour is perfect. We spent 3 weeks there and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was exceptional - very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were excellent. The only drawback was loud music on Saturday nights from a nearby disco, continuing into the early morning hours. Apparently this affects only the rooms at the front, so be sure to either ask about it or bring good earplugs. Also, some of the showers are a bit small, so if you're a larger person, be sure to ask for a room with a larger shower.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the 5 Hermopolis Concept in Ermoupoli and we must say that it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, Christos, the hotel owner, created an atmosphere that exceeded our expectations with professionalism and warmth. The hotel owner's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. The room itself was immaculate, full of comfort that made us feel right at home. Every detail in this renovated ancient building, demonstrated the owner's commitment to providing a personalized experience. Throughout our stay, the owner's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was remarkable. He was always available, ready to assist with all sort of requests. He made our stay memorable. His expertise in hospitality was evident in his knowledge of the local area, as he provided valuable recommendations for sightseeing, dining, and entertainment. It was clear that the owner genuinely cared about his guests' experiences and was committed to making our stay truly special. The hotel location is amazing, with a beautiful view, in a quiet area but very close to the city center and the port. In conclusion, our stay was a truly unforgettable experience. Professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests created an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that sets this hotel apart. Last but not least, Christos during our farewell, offered a candle to one of us as a gift for the birthday. This was totally unexpected and really touched our heart, we were speechless. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary stay.

The breakfast was incredible and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and calm, I had a very relaxing weekend staying here.

Amazing location, beautiful building, super quiet, great communal terrace, direct access to the sea, superb customer (Anna is a star!).

The hotel is located right opposite the ferry port and stone’s throw away from the bus stand which takes you to the pretty Syros beach villages. Plenty of restaurant options within 5 mins of walking distance around the hotel. The hotel itself has a trendy bar. The staff was super polite and went an extra mile to help us. We don’t eat beef so for breakfast the staff prepared Turkey sandwich especially for us. We fell in love with Syros as well as it’s people.
