They represented not just the hotel chain, but the spirit and warmth of Greece itself. Their genuine care and attention made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. It’s rare to experience this level of consistency across every department, and it left a lasting impression on us. Thanks to their efforts, we are already looking forward to coming back again. Everything was as it’s show on booking. Mariana the owner is a lovely and kind woman. The private pool is great and the room is very comfortable and nice. The stuff cleaned everyday and was very kind. Highly recommend and will come back.

We had an incredible time at the Crete Blue boutique hotel during our three-night stay with our 1.9-year-old son! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing place and the incredibly friendly staff. George personally welcomed us with open arms, and the entire team was always ready to help us with a smile. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the food at the on-site restaurant was beyond delicious – seriously, the best we had during our entire vacation in Crete! If you're thinking about visiting Crete, we highly recommend staying at the Crete Blue boutique hotel. The hospitality was outstanding, and we felt right at home, especially with our young child. We were truly impressed, and we would love to come back again in the future!

    The hotel was fabulous. The hotel is split across two locations, the pool area and then the beach club. Our rooms were next to the beach club, and it was gorgeous (the pool area is great too). The beach club is very stylish, the beach itself is lovely - great drink and food selections. The rooms are simple, but comfortable and super clean. The best thing about this hotel is the staff - everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful - Manos has built an amazing team. I recommend!
