Boutique Hotels in Monemvasia

We were very happy with our apartment which is situated a few meters and a few stairs away from the Monemvasia main gate (please note that you have to carry your suitcases or backpacks because of the cobble stones). The apartment is nicely furnished, offers a great view on the ocean from the windows (+ from the bed :)) and also has amenities like a coffee machine & coffee tabs. The owners have a store downstairs where you can get the keys and buy their local products like olive oil, wine or skin care. We had some problems with noise from the opposite bar one night because they tend to play loud music on Saturdays and the hosts did all they can to make up for it, even though it was not their fault and we really appreciated it. In terms of hospitality, these were one of the nicest hosts we have met so far.

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay, whether relaxing on the grounds or exploring the nearby area. The dining experience was also a highlight. Both restaurants were well priced and offered outstanding food — fresh produce grown on the farm, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a hotel where everything feels this thoughtfully curated. We’ll absolutely be returning and wholeheartedly recommend Kinsterna to anyone looking for a memorable, heartfelt escape.

location is excellent.. small sandy beach not crowded with available service.. staff is excellent, kind and helpful food is excellent.. all in all warm recommendation
