Great location by the sea, comfortable room with incredible terrace and seaview, the staff is extremely nice and makes sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, walking distance to some nice restaurants and with a taxi quickly at the ferry. They provided an airport shuttle for a good price and a very nice driver. We had a great stay even if it was only for one night, we will come back for sure! Very much recommended.

We had a great stay at this small yet charming hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the daily cleaning service was much appreciated. Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the reception. They provided many good suggestions for the food and for the things to do in Athens. Monastiraki Square and Plaka are just a 20-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop right across the street with frequent connections to major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, with plenty of small restaurants, cafés, and mini markets nearby. Overall, a perfect value-for-money stay!

The staff were efficient, polite and friendly also most helpful. The rooms were well appointed, light and airy with a good ambience. The dining area quite beautifully appointed with great wait staff. Breakfast was delicious. Being able to access the Grande Bretagne restaurant, the sister hotel next door, was an added bonus. the roof terrace there is without compare for views over the Acropolis.

I loved everything about this hotel! It was a bit pricey comparing to some others but I think it was worth it! 1. I'd like to start with the staff. Everyone there was incredible, especially the young guy who was checking us in in the afternoon. So nice and polite, wow! Thank you all! 2. Room was incredible. It's spacious, very stylish, with good Korres shampoos and shower gels, with free water and some coffee and tea. Special gratitude for the wonderful bed, it's so comfortable, I could sleep there all day long :D 3. Breakfasts are exceptional!!! So delicious! The choice is not huge but you have everything you need (like different kinds of eggs, ham, cheese) and some greek traditional food which is SO delicious! They have incredible thing that's called souffle with some cheese and it's super delicious. Also some cheese pie, traditional beef, olives, feta cheese and even some pizza :) Also wonderful desserts! 4. There is also a roof bar there, we didn't spend time there as it was windy and rainy but in summer I think it's a gem :) 5. Also location is great! Monastiraki is a crazy place but I love it, it's city center full of restaurants and stores, and metro station is 20 seconds from the hotel, so everything is comfortable.

Location, people & place! Everything about City Circus is amazing. It is right next to Sarri street which has some great food & bar options. Close to Acropolis & Plaka. The people are really warm and helpful. This was my second stay and I will definitely stay here again whenever I come bk to Athens.

The accommodation is in a quiet location in the centre of Athens. Within a 5 minute walk you can see the acropolis. The room was spacious with a simple kitchen - microwave and kettle and the balcony was a plus. We arrived late in the evening and found a shop nearby open till 2 am and there was a 24 HR bakery within a few minutes walk.
