She came to pick us up from the port and even helped us with some issues we had with our returning flights. I could right all day. Great location, beautiful beach, all we needed for relaxing holidays was there.

The rooms are very clean and the furniture is new. The location is great, it is 4-5 minutes away from the center of the city. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from accomodation. All of the beautiful beaches are in the radius of 30 km from Neos Marmaras so it is a great place to stay in Sithonia. Would highly recommend Kaplanis house for visitors, you will not be disappointed 😊

Everything! The studio was absolutely beautiful and spotless clean, right by the centre. The private parking is also available, even the WiFi was solid and fast.
