The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is directly at the water, beautiful view, very nice and clean facilities. The breakfast was delicious and a huge variety. There is a bus directly in front of the hotel to take you to Old Town. Very convenient!

Ines was amazing. She arranged a transfer from thr airport and waited for us at the entrance to the old town to walk us to the apartment. Gave us great advice where to eat and what to do. Location was exceptional, with not many stairs to reach the apartment. Apartment was super clean and comfortable with beautiful authentic decor. Even sofa bed was big and very comfortable. There was coffee, tea and cedevita that was refilled the next day. There was also a daily cleaning service, which we did not except, since we only stayed for two nights. Since we had a late flight we were able to store the luggage until our transport to the aiport. The apartment was well equped with everything you need for your stay. Ines, thank you again for everything.

Perfect location. Didn't have to drag luggage over too many stairs. The bathroom and room were a good size considering the location, and were very clean. The communication with the host, Manuela, was excellent as well.

The hotel was just fantastic, we absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. The building is very beautiful and the rooms were really nicely furnished in a way that it complimented the older style of the hotel. Pool area was nice and quiet. For a Finn, the sauna was just an absolute enjoyment. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. The breakfast was amazing. Even though there was a big construction work going on just outside the hotel, we could not hear it. We liked the location of the hotel; it was a walking distance away from really nice restaurants and Lapland beach and also it only took about half an hour to walk to the old town.
