Excellent hotel. A very nice hotel a little outside the center of Ubud. The hotel transports to the center and back at any time. They arranged a ride for us wherever we wanted. They also organized all the excursions. When we were having a lunch outside the hotel and it started to rain hevily they came to pick us up. All free of charge. The location of the hotel is excellent. The entire hotel area is well maintained and there are beautiful sitting areas. We stayed in two different rooms, both of which were very clean and absolutely super beautiful. The hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The small gym is also a big plus. Even though the gym was small, you could do a good workout there. The gym contained a squat rack, treadmill, cross trainer, dumbbells, discs and two benches. If we come to Ubud again we will definitely come

It is a magical place, with everything you need to live an unforgettable experience, the place is beautiful and clean, we had a beautifully decorated romantic dinner, a very delicious floating breakfast and a very relaxing massage, it is a dream place.

Location is absolutely perfect (next to Kertalangu Cultural Village, worth visiting). There is buffet for breakfast and the place is beautiful.

the pool was great. The staff were lovely and super accomodating even providing room service. The cottage was clean and spacious and the aircon worked great. Reception always quick to answer their phone too!

From the moment we checked in we loved everything about Arma Resort and Museum. The staff are extremely friendly, even the owner who you may inconspicuously bump into somewhere on the grounds, he was SO FRIENDLY! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Even just engaging in conversations with them was awesome. Our room was an oasis, we got exactly what we wanted with our stay. We never really heard any other visitors unless they happen to be loud, which no one was. I loved that we could walk around the grounds and open-air museum. I took advantage of a massage at the spa and it was wonderful. The masseuse was accommodating and incredibly sweet, I just feel bad I never went back to get some aloe vera from her as we were busy that last day ( I had a bad sunburn) The pool was conveniently located next to the spa so you could just lounge in that area. I loved that artists were on-site at the museum portion. You can stop and have a chat with a few of them. The hotel can set up wood carving, dancing classes, and small tours upon request. You'll have a sheet with all that information in the hotel room. We were able to catch two dances while there, Legong and Kecak dances. It felt like we were immersed in another world! The breakfast was great, it was a little bit of Indonesian food and then western food but they catered to everyone. All in all, I would come back here, and I would refer our friends to this destination. It's a great learning environment, I love that we were assisting the Arma Foundation with our stay and assisting in keeping Balinese culture alive. It made the stay that much better!

The no 1 hostel I have ever stayed at!! The staff is very welcoming, they treat you like a family. There are many group activities every day (hiking, day trips, family dinners, puppy therapy, yoga class etc) that makes it so convenient to meet with other solo travellers. I loved it that there are free massages, pedicure and manicure every day. The rooms are very neat and organised and the food is extremely delicious. So many options to choose from including healthy super bowls. If you love island vibes and want to meet new people, you have to stay at Puri Garden. You will love it!!
